Iron Lake AI (ILIA) is an AI Advisory Firm, and a member of the Iron Lake Ventures group of companies.

ILIA advises boards and executive teams on the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence, with a focus on governance, risk, and decision authority. Our work helps organizations understand where AI can safely create efficiency and insight, and where human judgment must remain firmly in control, particularly in regulated, assurance-driven, and high-consequence environments.

We support leaders in defining AI strategy, setting policy boundaries, designing human-in-the-loop operating models, and establishing validation, accountability, and fallback mechanisms that preserve credibility and trust. The goal is not faster automation for its own sake, but durable, defensible use of AI that stands up to scrutiny from regulators, clients, and boards over time.
